Overview
Murchison National Park has been established to preserve the highly animal savanna landscape at Murchison Falls. The Murchison Falls are located in the western part of the park. Here, the Nile squeezes through a 7 m wide gorge and plunges 43 m into the depths. More than 70 mammal and 400 species of birds live in the area of ??the park.
